The Serie A side are eager to lure the Englishman to Turin this summer but United have set a high demand of around €50 million (£42m/$54m) for him. However, the Bianconeri are looking to talk United down from that price and Gianluca Di Marzio says they have opened with a €30m (£25m/$32m) offer.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Greenwood has been linked with several European clubs, including Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. However, he is said to have made Juve his priority destination and has even come to a personal agreement with the Italian side.
DID YOU KNOW?
Greenwood was loaned to Getafe last summer after United decided against keeping the forward amid pushback from the club's fans and staff over charges of rape, assault, and coercive and controlling behaviour that were subsequently discontinued. He went on to score eight goals and assist a further six in 33 La Liga appearances.

WHAT NEXT FOR GREENWOOD?
The 22-year-old will hope Juve and United can come to an agreement over a transfer fee so that his future can be resolved and he can start preparing for life in Turin with Thiago Motta's team next season.
